Refunds & Returns Policy
1. Acknowledgment of Item Condition
All products sold by BlairsVibe are pre-owned and may exhibit minor signs of wear consistent with their age and prior use. Customers are strongly encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, images, and any disclosed imperfections prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts the second-hand nature of the item and the condition as described.
2. No Change-of-Mind Refunds
BlairsVibe does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their order meets their expectations prior to purchase.
3. Defective or Misrepresented Items
If a product is received in a condition materially inconsistent with its description, or with undisclosed defects, the customer must notify BlairsVibe within 7 calendar days of receipt. Notifications must be submitted via the official website contact form or by email, including photographs clearly demonstrating the issue. Upon verification, BlairsVibe will provide instructions for returning the item and, at our discretion:

Issue a full refund of the purchase price; or

Arrange an exchange or store credit.
Returned items must be shipped in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase, and be in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs for verified defective or misrepresented items will be reimbursed by BlairsVibe.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return

Shipping Policy
1. Dispatch Timeline
BlairsVibe aims to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of payment confirmation. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Options and Estimates

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 5–7 business days within Australia.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery 2–3 business days within Australia.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside BlairsVibe’s control, including postal delays. Customers are encouraged to track their shipment using the provided tracking number.
3. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If a parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, customers must contact BlairsVibe. We will liaise with Australia Post to investigate and locate the shipment. BlairsVibe is not liable for delays or losses incurred by the postal service, provided that the item was dispatched to the address supplied by the customer.
